A salad of shredded banana flower leaves, mixed herbs (mint, Thai basil, fishwort), chicken and chillie pepper in a lovely sweet & sour dressing.

Finding vegetarian Cambodian food in Phnom Penh can be quite challenging, but we have a nice selection for vegetarians. First of all Samlor Kor Ko, a very traditional and old recipe. This is a soup with with lots of vegetables and fruits, like pumpkin, papaya, eggplant, jackfruit, snake beans and pea eggplants.

Vegetarian curry with tofu, eggplant and potato flavoured with lemon grass and coconut milk.

Saik ko neung teuk kroch
A dish you won't find in many other places. Thinly sliced beef stir fried with herbs and spices and served in an orange sauce on a bed of coleslaw.

Lok Lak
A Cambodian favourite is lok lak: stir fried marinated beef cubes on a bed of salad, tomatoes and onions and topped with a fried egg. Served with the famous lime and pepper sauce.

Saik Moan Char Trob
Stir fried chicken and eggplant dish. The eggplant is charcoal grilled and then combined with seasoned and stir fried chicken fillet. If you like some smoky flavour, this is the dish for you.

Fish Amok
A signature Cambodian dish. At frizz we follow the traditional recipe. This is basically a fish curry dry steamed in a cup of banana leaves. Ever had fish amok before? Probably not the way we serve it! As it takes a long time to prepare we may run out of fish amok when many patrons order this.
